I help accomplished leaders align what they wear with the caliber of their work—because clothing communicates.

Long before you speak, your appearance is already shaping how people interpret you.

Whether you're preparing for a keynote, an important meeting, or an everyday moment where credibility matters, the right clothing reinforces your authority rather than distracting from it. Clothing communicates, and you should control the message.

Through a strategic approach to color, silhouette, and style, we create wardrobes that feel native to the person wearing them, allowing their ideas to take center stage.

About

WHEN CLOTHING LOOKS NATIVE

After a 20+ year career in brand marketing helping build companies like Williams-Sonoma, Peet’s Coffee, and PayPal, I began applying the same strategic thinking to personal style.

Just as brands rely on clear guardrails, I help clients establish Style Guardrails, a strategic framework that guides clothing choices toward pieces that harmonize with their natural coloring and body architecture.

Clothing communicates. When it aligns with the person wearing it, the message becomes clear. This level of alignment doesn’t happen by accident.

When someone’s clothing harmonizes with their coloring and proportions, it begins to look native to them. It doesn’t feel like performance or dress-up; it feels quietly powerful. The clothing supports the person, allowing their ideas—not their outfit—to command attention.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

Clothing that looks natural doesn’t happen by accident. It's the result of a disciplined framework.

I work with clients to establish their Style Guardrails—the strategic foundation that guides every clothing decision toward pieces that harmonize with their natural coloring, body architecture, and style.

While I’m based in the San Francisco Bay Area, I work with clients across the country, typically beginning with a virtual consultation.

My process is designed to be efficient and flexible. When we identify gaps, I source pieces from trusted retailers and provide curated recommendations, allowing you to try everything at home and evaluate fit, comfort, and versatility alongside what you already own.

For clients who prefer a more hands-on experience, I’m also available for in-person wardrobe assessments and styling sessions upon request.

Whether we work virtually or in person, the goal is the same: to create a wardrobe that feels natural to you, so your presence, not your clothing, leads.

"Hayden creates stylish outfits from pieces I already own, understanding that while I enjoy adding new items to my wardrobe, I often have plenty of great options that just need to be reimagined. When she does suggest new additions, she shows me how to maximize their wear."
